I am thrilled to be joining Veritas Collegiate Academy as the Omnibus and Rhetoric teacher. In this role, I hope to aid my students in their lifelong pursuit of learning through both the content and methods of my classroom. Creative engagement with the subject matter gives each student access to canonical literature and revered art, taught in conversation with the best revelations of our age. Through their interaction with these works, students will improve their skills in rhetoric, analysis and composition, learning how to observe, how to mimic and how to ably bear witness to God’s glory revealed in the efforts of humankind.
For the past three years, I have been teaching history, music, art and English at Óbudai Nagy László Iskola. My prior experience includes studio art instruction, teaching fellowships and online classes taught to high school and university students. In 2017, I received a Bachelor’s degree in English Secondary Education from Grove City College, simultaneously earning my teaching certificate for Secondary English. In my free time, I rock climb in the Buda hills, lead worship for my church, paint and write poetry.
