Our team

At Veritas I am involved in the organization and delivery of three subjects: International Humanitarian Law, Rhetoric, and Entrepreneurship in Practice. With these three courses the students are expected to sharpen their research skills, critical and ideational thinking and make good use of their speaking and writing skills. This trio of courses gives a solid base for at least three different career paths – politics, economics, and law and by taking these courses the student can guarantee a smooth transition into higher education in these fields. At the end of the school year, my students have a broad knowledge of how global and national politics work and how they impact and trigger various issues. They are also versed in writing and delivering speeches, critical thinking, persuasive rhetoric and how the entire economic system works – from top to bottom. Above all, these three subjects teach empathy and understanding of a world around them that seems too complicated to fathom at times and passing on ideas to young minds that will have to tackle many of the world’s issues in the years and decades to come.

My teaching philosophy is aligned with the pedagogical mission of Veritas and I believe that not a single class should be the same. I am a strong believer in constant feedback from my students, constant improvement, and ensuring that my students do not regret giving me their time of the day with their attention and classwork. I aim for my students to feel like the classroom is a town square in which we assemble, share ideas, and create together and there is nothing more fulfilling than to see the results of this.
