Our team

Born to American parents, I grew up along the coast of Northeast Brazil. From an early age, I was brought up learning the Bible, but during my teen years I experienced many doubts about who God is and if He existed. These doubts were finally resolved when I contemplated the love of God displayed in sending Christ into history to reconcile my relationship with Him, a relationship which has brought joy and peace to my life. Because of these experiences, I enjoy engaging teenagers in thought-provoking discussions. The search for truth begins by asking good questions. However, when I need a mental break, I enjoy playing soccer with friends, crafting with leather, or reading a good book with a mug of tea in my hand.
